Verdict:  Recommended if you like fun, carefree hip-hop. Also, you should probably be okay with noisy beats and vocal filters.

Overview: In short, this is another great example of the Beasties doing what they do. This album will surely please the lifelong fans, probably not convert the haters, and possibly garner respect from those who just can’t quite commit to liking Beastie Boys. The unique construction of the beats, most of which are noisy and abrasive, make this a standout against much of today’s rap music. The biggest problem with this album is that it loses steam by the end, and instead of finishing with the same punch that it begins with, it kind of fizzles out.
