Overview: Belle and Sebastian hasn’t really progressed their sound an enormous amount for their eighth album, Write About Love, but stick to the safe side of their indie-pop style that made them so popular in the first place. So in general, there isn’t too much new to say, which will please long time fans who just want more fun, catchy songwriting, but may disappoint those yearning for something more.
