Overview: Earth’s latest album is like a soundtrack to an arid desert setting. The sound is very dry and real, with beautiful, slow-moving string compositions and staggered drumming to match. This album is really all about mood and creating a scene, which they do perfectly– however, for us, we would have liked to see some more directions in the sounds within the tracks, as they tend to repeat a lot and don’t venture too far from their starting points.
