VIMTV Episode #76: Imogen Heap – Ellipse

Overview: Ellipse is Imogen Heap’s third solo effort and is entirely self funded, recorded and produced by the artist something VIMTV finds very respectable.  In addition, Jake is blown away by Imogen Heap’s devotion to her fans and her ability to promote herself to stardom through social networking sites.  This album is almost entirely electronica in typical Imogen Heap fashion but it also shows the artist growing and providing her work with more focus.  Tom would have liked some more instruments while Jake thinks a little more concept and cohesiveness behind the lyrics would really help take this to the next level.
