Verdict: A good-but-not-great, mood-inducing ambient album.

Overview: Glimmer is a terrific combination of classical instrumentation and ambient songwriting. The production here is like candy, and the textures Jacaszek creates are extremely rich. Still, for us, the compositions weren’t particularly moving or memorable– they are simply enjoyable while you’re listening, but don’t quite have a strong comeback quality.
