Overview: The late Jay Reatard’s final album, Watch Me Fall, takes pop structures and slams them with intricate melodies and spastic drumming.  Overall, this one’s such a charmer (Oh no!) and is incredibly original; especially when you consider the 70′s punk-style production that match’s Jay’s sometime borderline irritating vocals perfectly.  This album takes a couple of listens to warm up to, but was one of those surprising gem for VIMTV.
