My Chemical Romance
VIMTV Episode #233: My Chemical Romance – Danger Days: the True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys
Jake: Not Recommended, 64/100
Tom: Not Recommended, 62/100
Overview: My Chemical Romance definitely turned the lights on for this album, switching from the dark nihilism of their past work to a bit poppier and more well-produced sound. What’s strange about this album is the dichotomy of TERRIBLE songs on the first half of the album, and really good songs on the last half. For this reason, the album as a whole averages in the lower 60s for us, whereas one half is truly better than that and the other half is truly worse.
