Overview: Public Strain is another mood-bomb of an album, with a few rock-out tracks in between. It may take listeners a view tries to really penetrate the surface of the sound, but if you can, it’s a very rewarding listen. Overall, this is a great album; the only drawback is that the vocals sound a little too covered up, to the point where it seems more like Women masking their weaker point than a stylistic decision.
